Du-seok has a function of connector. Because it has color of bean so called Du(bean)-seok. Easy to handle than iron and has a similar feature of gold so used to enhance the dignity of the place.
This product was produced in collaboration product between Daechun Heo, Ahn Leehwan who made du-seok, and Wondeok Kwon who made wood furniture, with Auroi's designer Kisang Gio. Daechun Heo, Ahn Leehwan is no.64 Intangible Cultural Property of Metal Craft. Wondeok Kwon completed the Intangible Cultural Property of Jeollabukdo training course No. 55 Wood Furniture Making. It was produced through the Yeol project, a craftsmanship project of the foundation, Yeol.
