Yugi is a type of bronze that combines copper and tin, and is known as a brass bowl. As one of the few Korean technologies in the world, Yugi materials have a luxurious golden color and an aesthetic sense of perfection. They also tend to exterminate germs and react to harmful substances. It also has thermal and cooling effects, making it an excellent material for preserving the taste of food.

Each type is derived from Korean traditional housewares. Details were added to each cup-and-plate by extracting the shape from ‘Horibyung’ (Korean traditional liquor bottle) and ‘Hangari’(Korean traditional jar) and modifying them. Changes were made to the curved shape and the straight form of these objects, but also we kept the uniformity.

The cups and dessert plates are paired to keep coherency. These cups and dessert plates combine to add fun and dignity to everyday items.
